Market Hours - October 11 and 12

No Market Hours this Saturday

This week in the Market we will have:

 

  • Fresh Mozzarella - 24 hours notice please - $9 lb
  • Potato cabbage soup - with sage sausage - $7 pint
  • Bacon and Swiss cheese quiche - $8 slice
  • Sesame-maple roasted ribs - stuffed with spinach and butternut squash - $14 per order
  • Eggplant and roasted pepper Parmigiana - yummy - $10 portion
  • Smart Chicken - $4 lb whole; $5 lb dry-brined and spatch-cocked
  • Scallop ceviche -  with sweet potato and coconut milk - $12
  • Sweet potato pound cake - with caramel sauce - $7 slice

 

With enough notice, we can prepare custom dishes for your home table.  Be it a pan of scalloped potatoes or a tray of fresh mozzarella and sausage, a whole quiche, or 5 dozen cookies - let us know and we will be happy to oblige.
